We offer one, two, and three bedroom apartments. The one bedroom apartment is 685 sq ft, the two bedroom apartment is 741 sq ft, and the three bedroom apartment is 939 sq ft.

All our apartments feature dedicated driveways for off street parking, carports, washer/dryer hookups, locking storage space in front and back, and a small back patio with back yard space.

Tenants are responsible for all utilities. We include all pertinent information for setting up utilities in our tenant welcome package.
Each apartment has a washer/dryer hookup. We do not provide the washer or dryer.
We accept personal checks, cashier's checks, epayments through Zillow, Zelle, and direct deposit. Please note: We do not accept money orders.
TransUnion uses a soft inquiry, this means the credit check will not affect your credit rating.
