We offer one, two, and three bedroom apartments. The one bedroom apartment is 685 sq ft, the two bedroom apartment is 741 sq ft, and the three bedroom apartment is 939 sq ft.

All apartments feature dedicated driveways for off street parking, carports, washer/dryer hookups, locking storage space in front and back, and small back patio with back yard space.

Tenants are responsible for all utilities. We include all pertinent information for setting up utilities in our tenant welcome package.
Each apartment has a washer/dryer hookup. We do not provide the appliances.
We accept personal checks, cashier's checks, epayments through Zillow, Zelle, and direct deposit. Please note: We do not accept money orders.
