 The one bedroom apartments are 685 square feet. Each unit includes a private driveway, carport, and locking storage located in the carport.  The front door opens into a large living/dining room with a coat closet. A skylight and large sliding window provide lots of natural lighting. The kitchen provides plenty of storage in the cabinets and pantry, and includes full size stove and refrigerator. A bar height countertop provides a convenient place for eating.

The washer/dryer hookup space is located in the hall behind folding doors and includes shelving for laundry supplies. Located next to the laundry area is a convenient linen closet. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo and under sink storage.
